A relaxed belly, full of breath, promotes relaxation and long term well-being. I also believe that we "feel" the "true loves" of our life in our bellies. (Butterflies in our tummy?) And finally, us women, "create" and "host" life in our bellies. So, as it sums up my deep and passionate love for the loves in my life (husband, babies, family, friends), my love of yoga, and my passion for prenatal yoga, I named my practice Belly Love Yoga :)
I offer classes in Omaha, Nebraska.
In the past few years I have offered Prenatal Yoga classes at Bhadra Yoga and Pranam Yoga Shala.

Prenatal Yoga Classes
Each of my classes includes a balanced mix of the following:
I had my first baby when I was 39. Despite having some medical challenges and being considered "high risk"; thanks to yoga, meditation, and other thoughtful activities, I had an amazing pregnancy and ALL NATURAL delivery. I have never felt stronger, healthier, and more beautiful than I did when I was pregnant with my daughter and I taught and practiced my yoga regularly until the day I delivered. During my labor, I used many of the yoga movements I teach. I have a lot of "tips" to share. Ask me!
Now I am 42, 27 weeks pregnant with my second girl, and feeling great -thanks to my regular practice :)
